Andreas fell in love with football from a young age, he started playing from the age of 5 and still plays to this day. His coaching career started at the age of 16 while he was still studying at school. Andreas has coached in many different environments including the men’s game, women’s game, boys and girls football as well as supporting disability sessions for Croydon council and the palace for life foundation. Andreas has been the manager of Ex-Blues girls team from U13’s-U16s. The girls have managed to gain promotion to the top division in this time as well as win the shield. As well as this Andreas used to coach at the university of arts London where his women’s team finished 2nd in the league gaining promotion. Andreas has also coached at Farleigh Rovers FC and Real Holmesdale FC. He is a FA level 2 coach always looking to develop and improve his own methods and coaching. Our founder believes all young children deserve to have a positive football experience whilst developing not only as a footballer but as people. Andreas has links with different professional clubs including Manchester City, Chelsea and Crystal Palace.

Richard has been coaching for 18 years and is currently training for his UEFA B coaching badge. He is a full time coach at the Palace For Life foundation where in his time there he has coached as part of their college academy schemes as well as leading elite player development centers. Richard has coached in the men’s game at Farleigh Rovers FC having left previous club Real Holmesdale FC. Other teams Richard has managed and coached at include Crystal Palace Ladies U12-U16’s, Crystal Palace FC youth team strength and conditioning coach U12-U16’s, Aldershot Town FC U14’s and Carshalton Athletic FC U16’s.

Montel and Andreas grew up together, going to the same primary school which meant their footballing lives have always crossed paths whether that be playing the game or coaching. From playing on the same school football team as kids to now running Ex Blues Girls team from U13’s football to this year at U16’s. In this time the girls have finished runners up gaining promotion to the top division in the Kent Women’s and Ladies League as well as winning the Shield in the 20/21 season. Montel was also the founder of his own football team between 2012-2015 AFC Sparta. The Club had some great success in its few years of existence including winning some silverware and with some members of the very young squad going on to play semi professional football. I’m sure the success would have continued if Montel didn’t have to relocate to Bournemouth where Montel studied at the university and received his degree.
